Thryv Capital Partners LLP coordinates collective investment in coastal living opportunities. We began in Shirazi and Funzi Island, where investors can get to know the area before choosing whether to take up a property within a master-planned development or acquire their own land.

Our approach combines an investment in Thryv with practical access to the coast: stays at Paradise Lost, boat trips and introductions to vetted opportunities. Access is by referral from an existing investor.

Coastal investments

Our first focus is Shirazi and Funzi Island. Thryv has acquired Paradise Lost, a 4.5-acre waterfront property, master-planned a mixed-use resort and residential development, restored its Persian-style heritage villa for investor accommodation, arranged motorised boats and curated verified plots for investors.
